Overview

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow a remote outbound sales team selling websites to UK, US, and Australian businesses, with additional marketing upsells such as advertising services.

You will be responsible for managing performance, driving team revenue, and scaling results. This role offers a base pay plus uncapped commission and is suited to confident, results-driven sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote outbound sales team

• Drive total monthly team website sales

• Recruit, onboard, and replace sales agents as needed

• Improve sales scripts, call flows, and objection handling

• Coach on cold calling, closing, and upselling

• Track sales and performance using CRM systems

• Report accurate team results

• Scale the team to increase revenue and earnings

Target Market & Calling

• Outbound cold calling

• Customers in the UK, USA, and Australia

• Strong experience selling to Western markets required

• Native-level English required

Pay Structure (US-based)

Monthly Earnings Range:

$4,500 – $11,000+

Minimum Scenario (X)

• Team revenue based on: 20 website sales per month

• Upsells: none

• Manager earnings:

◦ Base: $3,000

◦ Commission: 5% of team website revenue

◦ Total: ~$4,500 per month

Target Scenario (Y)

• Team revenue based on: ~100 website sales per month

◦ Approximately 1 sale per agent per day (ability to oversee more agents in the future)

• Marketing upsells included

• Manager earnings:

◦ Base: $3,000

◦ Commission: 5% of total team revenue (websites + upsell MRR)

◦ Total: ~$10,000–$11,000+ per month

Notes

• Commission uncapped

• Earnings scale directly with total team revenue

• Earnings increase further as team performance and team size grow

• Base and commission unlock only when minimum team output is achieved

Requirements

• Proven sales management experience

• Strong outbound / cold calling background

• Experience selling to US, UK, or Australian markets

• Remote sales team leadership experience

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Performance-driven leadership style
