We’re Hiring:

• Sales Executives (Closers) – Multiple Openings

• Sales Team Leader – 2 Openings

These are remote, commission-based positions with guaranteed flat-rate income starting from £2,000/month, plus performance-based bonuses. While self-employed, the roles are structured around a full-time commitment with weekly targets and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Executives:

• Proactively contact leads via calls, emails, and social media.

• Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.

• Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to payment and handoff.

• Handle bookings and payments via Stripe and update the CRM accurately.

• Follow up consistently and maintain clear, professional communication across all platforms.

Team Leader (includes the above +):

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.

• Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and report weekly.

• Support onboarding, training, and best practice sharing.

• Handle high-value opportunities and escalated client issues.

• Work with leadership to optimise sales strategy and growth.

What We’re Looking For

For All Roles:

• Proven track record in sales (ideally digital or B2B).

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong organisation, time management, and independence.

• Comfortable using CRM tools, Stripe, Calendly, and handling payments.

• A confident, consultative sales approach with a client-first mindset.

Team Leader-Specific:

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience with proven leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to build, train, and lead a successful team.

• Verifiable references and sales performance data.

Compensation Structure

• Flat Rate Starting From £2,000/month (paid monthly for active participation and performance baseline)

• Uncapped Commission

Please note: This is a self-employed contractor position, and compensation is structured to comply with HMRC guidelines. You will receive a flat-rate monthly payment starting from £2,000 based on meeting minimum performance criteria, in addition to commission and bonuses based on sales performance.
