About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sales Managers to lead small, high-performing teams of sales agents. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing your own team, ensuring sales targets are met while maximizing revenue. This role is commission-driven with a base pay and is ideal for motivated sales professionals who can operate independently.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales agents (contractors).
  • Train agents on cold-calling scripts, product knowledge, CRM usage, and closing techniques.
  • Mentor and coach agents to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor individual performance and provide guidance to improve results.
  • Manage daily/weekly workflow and lead assignment.

Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Track individual agent KPIs and overall team performance.
  • Adjust calling strategies, scripts, or lead allocation to maximize conversions.
  • Ensure your team meets or exceeds monthly sales targets.

Financial Oversight

  • Track revenue generated by your team.
  • Calculate agent commissions and ensure correct payouts.
  • Monitor team costs versus revenue to maintain profitability.
  • Report weekly and monthly team performance and financial results to the company owner.

Recruitment & Growth

  • Hire new sales agents as needed to scale the team.
  • Recommend top-performing agents for “senior” roles.
  • Forecast staffing needs to meet growth and revenue goals.

Strategic Input

  • Suggest improvements to sales processes, incentives, and lead management.
  • Identify new target markets or niches based on sales performance data.
  • Collaborate with the website development team to ensure timely delivery of services sold.

Pay Structure

  • Base Pay: 35,000 pesos Paid monthly, conditional on team hitting minimum sales target.
  • Commission: 2% Percentage of total sales made by your team (override).
  • Target: Minimum number of sales per agent per month; team performance drives manager pay.
  • Team Size: Initially 10 sales agents per manager, scalable as teams grow.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing sales teams (preferably call centers or tele-sales).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a self-managed team.
  • Results-oriented and motivated by commission-based pay.
  • Basic computer literacy, including CRM software and spreadsheets.
